Drawings, Spec., Inspection requirements) & design for manufacturing items with Nexteer Product Engineering and Commercial teams for drafting Product development timing and associated cost. eAPQP management - APQP kickoff & ontime Intelex eAPQP Gate reviews with suppliers & Nexteer CFT to ensure milestone achievement in accordance to Program timeline. CAPA owner for Supplier problem cases reported during Design & Product validation of new components as well as for existing series production components. ESD coordinator for India region. With Global team, Plan & conduct ESD trainings and audit for Nexteer India plant and Supplier sites. Review & submit Engineering Change-ECO & Supplier Change-SCR related PPAPs' to respective Nexteer Asia pacific plant teams for the PSWs approval.
New launch/Development of ECUs-Electronic Control Units (Engine Management, Electric Power Steering), Immobilizer, Car Infotainment systems for Leading 4 wheeler OEMs. Stepwise India Localization of ECU manufacturing and Assembly process from Mitsubishi Japan. Tracking & improvement of Supplier Quality metrics, Change management notes, Quality management system processes, Line rej./Warranty failure cases etc.
Supplier quality control, monitoring of New model implementation & feedback to HQ. Analysis of Market quality data & improvements in in-house processes accordingly.
