I inherited 3 off shore groups, 1 in house development team (all consultants), and 1 infrastructure group. • Migrated our datacenter to the Microsoft Cloud. • Achieved PCI compliance for our call center, and payment processing groups. • Migrated to SQL Server 2019. • Transitioned the US base consultant development team to a group of US based full-time employees. • Managed our transition from a office workforce, to a remote work force in the matter of a week. IME is the Uber of the home improvement industry, but we market ourselves to retail partners, not to consumers, so we are the Uber no one has heard of! I set technical strategy, upgraded a legacy asp classic / asp.net code base to all asp.net, stabilizing the system, and positioning us to move to a JavaScript front end in the near future.

Margin Maximizer Took a legacy client server application written in c# / VB with a sql server backend, and ported it to the web, with a rich Silverlight Web based UI, Azure Web Roles to host the WCF Services and the web site, Telerik controls for reporting, and nightly process done in Worker Roles, with the back end being in SQL Azure. Max Connect Implemented distributed ETL process, where we take remote feeds from branches, to the cloud, aggregate the data, for Margin Maximizer to serve up. Tools used: Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate, Azure Tools sdk, RIA Services, Telerik Controls, FogBugz / Kiln – (Source control and Work Item management),DB: SQL Azure. OS: Windows 2008 Server/ Windows 7 / Windows XP
