Since more 16 year I'm acting as a Solution Manager for Application Management Services (AMS) at IBM and I'm looking back on a broad experience in Application Management, the development and maintenance of applications. Eight years application development and maintenance experience with IBM Internal Account and nine years Project Management experience in customer and outsourcing business context. Since 2002 I'm acting as Solution Manager for AMS proposals for a wide range of standards (e.g. ITIL, CMMI), methods (e.g. Agile) and currently used IT technologies (e.g. cloud and DevOps) For 6 years I was a team leader of application development and maintenance teams, for 2 years I was the team leader for a solution manager team. As an experienced professional I know the value of effective and good team work and intense work periods. I am used to structure problems under pressure and react on short term changes. Furthermore I know the challenges of international projects work and intercultural communication.
