- Implementation support of the internal recruitment system via Gupy's platform, in partnership with project PMOs, transitioning from the RPO model to an internal recruitment team; - Worked closely with the IT team during the testing and go-live phases of the Gupy system in the production environment; - Managed recruitment processes for strategic corporate positions across departments such as Finance, Engineering, IT, HR, and Administration; - Led inclusive recruitment processes for people with disabilities, including assessments of accessibility requirements.
- Responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for approximately 90 retail locations across Brazil, aligning candidate profiles with the company’s strategic planning; - Implemented recruitment KPIs focused on optimizing time-to-hire and improving hiring accuracy; -Participation as temporary support in conducting selection processes for corporate positions in Latin America; - Oversaw and managed temporary employment contracts, ensuring legal compliance and adherence to deadlines.
- Provided strategic support in Recruitment and Selection, Training, and Internal Communication subsystems, serving clients in the automotive and auto parts sector (Ford, Fiat, Jeep, GM, VW, Mercedes-Benz, Bosch, Magneti Marelli, among others); - Independently conducted end-to-end recruitment processes, including competency-based interviews (in both Portuguese and English), as well as psychological and behavioral assessments; -Support for internal communication;
Responsible for the Training & Development and Recruitment & Selection subsystems, with a focus on talent attraction and employee development - together with area supervision - Managed the full T&D cycle: organizational climate analysis, needs assessment, training logistics, career development support, and onboarding of new employees; - Conducted recruitment processes: alignment with managers, screening, psychological testing, assessment centers, competency-based interviews (including in English), and preparation of technical evaluation reports; - Managed e-learning platforms, financial control through SAP, vendor liaison, and development of performance indicators for T&D initiatives; - Supporting and conducting the annual climate survey, acting as the focal point for HR actions; - Ensured documentation compliance for hiring and contractual processes.
