Springdale, Arkansas, United States
I build operational systems that help organizations move from reactive to intentional. Over the course of my career, I have worked across legal administration, government operations, nonprofit management, ministry leadership, and organizational systems implementation. What connects all of it is the same core work: coming into environments that needed structure, clarity, or better coordination, and building frameworks that allow the actual mission to move forward. Currently, my work spans two active operational environments. At Branches Mission Lab, I partner directly with the COO to support organizational operations through ClickUp-based systems design, workflow documentation, dashboard development, and cross-functional coordination that improves leadership visibility and organizational accountability. At Mercy and Grace Cathedral, I oversee communications, event coordination, volunteer systems, and operational workflows for a growing church community. Before that, I spent years in legal and government operations. As a paralegal and office manager at Adoption Arkansas and Heimer Law, I managed compliance documentation, legal filings, client communication, and office processes in high-stakes, detail-critical environments. At Benton County, I supervised staff and workflows in juvenile and child support services, overseeing compliance, data accuracy, and operational coordination in a public sector setting. My background in legal studies sharpened the way I approach operations: with precision, accountability, and a clear understanding of what happens when systems break down. I am strongest in organizations that are growing, mission-driven, or navigating a period of transition. I do well where someone needs to bring order to complexity, where communication and operations need to be better integrated, or where a leader needs a trusted operational partner who can build things that actually last. I specialize in workflow design, process documentation, systems implementation (ClickUp), organizational communications, cross-functional coordination, and operational support for executive leadership. If you are building something that needs structure, I would be glad to connect.
I partner directly with the COO to support organizational operations through systems design, workflow implementation, and internal accountability infrastructure. Core responsibilities include designing and implementing workflow systems in ClickUp, building dashboards that surface organizational priorities and progress, documenting processes for cross-functional team use, and coordinating leadership execution across multiple initiatives. I work directly with leadership to identify where clarity is breaking down and build systems that address the root cause rather than the symptom. Additional responsibilities include financial tracking support through QuickBooks and PEX systems, vendor communication coordination, and internal documentation management. This role has expanded to include operational project coordination and the development of scalable organizational structures that support a growing, mission-driven team. Skills applied: ClickUp systems implementation, process documentation, workflow design, operational visibility, executive support, cross-functional coordination, QuickBooks, organizational systems, project coordination.
I oversee communications, operational workflows, and organizational systems for a growing church and community outreach ministry. This role spans both communications strategy and operational administration, requiring consistent coordination across staff, volunteers, events, and ministry departments. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to engage church members and the broader community, managing and maintaining the website and social media platforms, and streamlining communication processes to enable consistent messaging across all channels. I serve as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations matters. On the operational side, I coordinate events, lead volunteer team management, process invoices and expenses through QuickBooks, support payroll administration, and draft administrative reports and correspondence. I also monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication efforts and adjust strategies to maximize community impact. This role improved organizational communication consistency, increased community engagement, and helped establish more structured operational workflows across ministry departments.
I managed legal administration, compliance documentation, and office operations in a family law and adoption practice serving clients throughout Northwest Arkansas. Responsibilities included preparing and filing legal documents including pleadings with probate court, drafting and negotiating adoption agreements, conducting legal research, managing confidential client files, and coordinating client communication via phone, email, and mail. I also handled subpoena services, performed background investigations, and improved the accuracy of legal filings and correspondence through careful documentation practices. On the operational side, I managed day-to-day office functions including scheduling, invoicing, and financial recordkeeping through QuickBooks, generating weekly, monthly, and quarterly expense reports. I led cross-functional process improvements that reduced response time to external stakeholders and standardized office workflows to promote collaboration and performance. This role grounded my professional approach in legal precision, compliance discipline, and operational accountability — skills I continue to apply across every environment I work in.
I supervised workflow, staff operations, and compliance processes in Benton County's juvenile and child support services department, overseeing daily operational processes in a regulated public sector environment. Responsibilities included workflow oversight, staff coordination and coaching, compliance monitoring, process improvement, and data accuracy review. I handled electronic court filings, coordinated court activities, monitored employee and customer interactions to assess service quality, and maintained accurate financial records while monitoring and addressing variances. I also standardized office structures and processes to promote collaboration and performance, implemented problem-solving strategies to improve team efficiency, and established data entry verification processes that significantly reduced errors and improved database integrity. Additionally, I analyzed and redacted PII data from legal documents to ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy requirements. This role built my foundation in operational supervision, compliance management, and process standardization in a high-accountability public service environment.
