• Acting as main responsible for the business calendars, managing all business travel scheduling and arrangements, and preparing the country visits agenda of the Personal Care Turkey Lead and Beauty&Wellbeing TUI Lead. • Responsible for department events, team activities, away days, and organizations for farewells, celebrations, and team dinners. In addition to that co-ordination and organization of team meetings, 1-1 meetings, and similar activities. • Manage and track expenses and budgets in collaboration with relevant Team Leaders, ensuring accurate and timely entries and maintaining financial oversight for department activities.
• To ensure that the necessary information is in the system to ensure product delivery in the standard stipulated by the company strategy, and to make the necessary arrangements and reports after the distribution operation by making the appropriate route plan. • Transferring the sales made by sales representative, creating truck loading plans in accordance with customer delivery requests and submitting them to the warehouse supervisor for loading preparation. • Creating stock, FIFO, warehouse count reports and sharing them with t he team. In addition to these share daily reports, like sales reports, shipment report and shipment return report.
• Create the analysis for checking the suitability of the raw milk arrived to plant and report the outcomes to Plant Production Manager. • Perform pasteurization processes of raw milk collected from the supplier, determine the shelf life and control the packaging. • Determine which product the milk will be processed as a result of the received raw milk analysis.
• Inspecting quality controls in the plant production line and reporting the defects determined. • Inspecting the hygiene and sanitation conditions in the plant production, reporting and improving based on the conditions and behaviours contrary to the hygiene and sanitation rules are determined. • Examining all product packaging received from 3rd parties to detect any incompatibility and reporting corrective actions.
• Create the quality inputs for raw vegetables and fruits arrived to the plant, carry out the controls for these products, and ensure receiving of these products suitable for processing. • Contribute to production of ‘burger meat’ developed as a new product, participate in product evaluations, exchanging ideas with production improvement. • Providing qualitative and quantitative analysis of all products produced in the plant and report the results of these analysis to the plant production engineer.
