Derren is an investment professional with experience in investment management, strategy and corporate advisory in real assets. In his current role, he serves as an investment specialist and leads the capital formation efforts for the natural capital business in the Asia Pacific region. Prior to this, he held portfolio and asset management responsibilities where he was involved in developing investment strategies for real assets and executing transactions across different geographies. He has also worked extensively with the senior management and boards of portfolio companies in driving operational and strategic initiatives. He started his career in corporate advisory and investment banking where he focused on capital raising, M&A and restructuring.
