I am a CEO and Board advisor with experience scaling private-equity-backed AI and technology-services businesses. My focus is growing revenue, strengthening delivery economics, and building the leadership and operating model required for the next stage of growth. My background spans early-stage tech startups (aiDecyde, Roboyo) to global enterprise roles (Deloitte, IHG, Oracle), giving me a unique perspective on what "scale" actually requires—across talent, systems, and governance. Because I speak the language of both matrixed corporate governance and high-velocity investor growth, I am uniquely positioned to drive meaningful change without sacrificing operational speed.
