•Managed Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance of a regional portfolio of retail shopping center assets and led the adoption of a new Computerized Maintenance Management System. •Led capital improvements across portfolio and significant coordination between stakeholders during a large development project at Del Mar Highlands Town Center, adding approximately 100,000 sqft and an 800 stall parking garage. •Managed survey, planning, and execution of the ADA program for regional portfolio. •Supervised vendor partner maintenance staff of approximately 22 team members.
•Oversaw regional portfolio of 15 Amazon sorting facilities, ranging in size from 55,000 sqft to 250,000 sqft.
