Nine years of progressive finance and accounting experience across public accounting, publicly traded manufacturing, and founder-led business, with a consistent belief that the finance function should be additive to execution and not just reporting what happened. Currently a Senior Consultant at a Top 20 public accounting firm, working alongside seasoned CFOs across four-plus years and dozens of engagements in SaaS, manufacturing, construction, biotech, and professional services. Core work involves standing up institutional-grade finance functions inside growing mid-size companies that have outgrown basic bookkeeping. Cash flow forecasting, financial statement modeling, management reporting, and M&A support across industries where financial clarity drives high-quality decisions. Also developed internal client retention and recurring revenue analysis for the firm itself, identifying trends in client longevity and revenue concentration. Prior to consulting, spent two years as a cost accountant at a publicly traded contract manufacturer covering inventory valuation, fixed asset accounting, product costing, and site-level financial reporting. Worked closely with program management to achieve strong margin improvement. Recognized for cross-functional communication that gave operations leadership a clear financial picture and honest feedback on the viability of their initiatives. Earlier career began inside a founder-led brewery, building the financial infrastructure from the ground up. Reporting, analysis, and cash flow management that helped the business turn cash-flow positive and gave ownership the visibility to make better decisions. The through line across all of my roles is finance that actually serves the business.
I’m part of Armanino’s Strategic Finance Outsourcing practice, where I work alongside seasoned CFOs building finance functions for companies ranging from $20M startups to $2B enterprises. My deepest work has been in SaaS and manufacturing, which is a combination that started with cost accounting at a publicly traded contract manufacturer and grew through dozens of client engagements. Some work I’m proud of: • Forecasting and business unit contribution analyses that drove $600K+ in improved annual EBITDA for a multi-line SaaS company; ASC 606 reporting and modeling • Financial forecasts and fundraising materials behind $20M+ in equity and grant capital raised • Financial due diligence supporting a $120M acquisition • Leading the client relationship and team on a turnaround engagement, with weekly cash flow forecasts that told ownership exactly when outside cash was, and wasn’t needed • A three-statement strategic forecast a nonprofit board used to evaluate $200M in investment projects • Weekly 13-week cash flow consolidation and monthly PE reporting for a $500M multinational manufacturer I’ve also pushed our practice forward on AI — automating cash flow updates and month-end close prep (10+ hours saved per month per engagement) and building niche analytical dashboards that are easy to implement and update. Hands-on with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, QuickBooks Online, Acumatica, Workday, Ramp, Bill.com, and Power Query.
