- Set quarterly KPIs, track performance and restructure team to lead Operations, Product, Marketing, Data and Community team - Design mission center and VIP incentives to improve Daily Active Users and Social Metrics. - Phase out HKD fiat on/off ramp with HK banks and move operations to launch P2P exchange and USD on/off ramp partnering with Circle - Source and integrate credit card vendors (Checkout, Switchere) to support credit card deposits; Source and integrate KYC vendors (Onfido, Telesign) to improve KYC user experience and train app-ops team to identity frauds and dishonest users - Set process and controls on cold & hot wallets on fireblocks, withdrawal limits and approvals. Lead customer service and app ops team on their approval processes and issue handling. - Work with Data & Analytics team to derive insights to understand customer behaviour and improve product and operational workflows, including improving customer satisfaction from 50% to 90%+; crypto withdrawals approval speed improved to 95% of transactions are done in less than 10 mins while maintaining a high level of risk management; KYC conversion improved from 15% to 33% - Designed and integrated risk management indicators to ensure safety of the platform
