Responsible for the strategy, design and implementation of the effort to lean out the delivery model within all North American business units. Including the North American functional centralization efforts, extending partnerships with low-cost countries, leading components of the JCI integration, and ownership of change management.
Responsible for Service & Installation Delivery Strategy & Implementation, Lean Six Sigma, Supply Chain, National Workforce Scheduling Centers, Training & Development, Technical Support Services, Field Support Services Centers, Mobility Solutions, and Operations Metrics & Analysis.
Provide leadership and direction to overall Operations in diverse markets throughout the Northeast, Mid-West and Eastern Canada.
Responsible for 55 markets in 11 states with 275 salespeople and technicians providing sales & service to more than 365,000 heating oil and propane gas customers throughout the East Coast.
