Responsible for strategic advice on all business continuity, crisis management and resilience activities to our businesses. Manage the Resilience team (which encompasses Business Continuity and Risk Management) delivering strong communication to external and internal stakeholders and managing client expectations. Ensuring that we have appropriate strategies, plans and processes in place to minimise the risk of disruption to day to day operations and have effective response plans for when any disruptions do occur. Co-ordinate the strategic response to major business disruptions. Design, develop and lead the end-to-end Risk Management process across the business.
