Review, consolidate, implement and manage the business processes, review and manage the client’s daily requirements ensuring they are constantly met across the business, review and manage internal reporting across the business, review daily PPMs, reactive and project activities, as well as resolving day to day issues, manage and reduce avoidable risk by implementing new process and control measures, review and manage cash flow management and forecasts for the business, review, consolidate, implement and manage admin processes and changes across the business to allow best practice and standardization, taking ownership to motivate, lead, and encourage team building on all levels across the business, manage and taking ownership of disciplinary procedures as and when required across the business, manage and review the QS process and productivity across the FM business, mediate and clear measure rejects, quality issues, production issues with client as and when required, review large projects to make sure the % gross margins are being achieved, take ownership for budgeting and forecasting across the business, review and update the team on health and safety issues on a weekly/monthly basis, responsibility for the management team under the business, to manage and make sure each business works within the budgetary restrictions in order to minimise costs and maximise profits, attend all sites ensuring the processes for the business are being implemented and followed, manage each team in meeting agreed completion dates and working within the requirements of current health & safety legislation along with ensuring quality control across the business.
