Chief Strategy & Investor Relations Officer | Alpha Dhabi Holding I lead strategy, communications and investor relations for Alpha Dhabi Holding, one of the fastest-growing investment holding companies in the MENA region with 2025 revenue of $25 billion, net profit $4 billion and $60 billion of assets. My role centers on driving the group’s growth strategy, business development, artificial intelligence & robotics adoption as well as capital allocation across diverse sectors, including real estate, infrastructure, construction, energy, healthcare, hospitality, financial services, industry, and climate capital. Proven Track Record in Finance & M&A: Before joining Alpha Dhabi, I spent over 11 years as a CFO in the Middle East, leading multiple strategic growth, M&A and private equity transactions across various sectors. My work has been recognized internationally, including: • ECA Finance Deal of the Year 2016 • Frontier ECA Finance Deal of the Year 2016 Both awards were for a groundbreaking project in the Power Generation sector. Diverse Experience Across the Business Lifecycle: From VC-backed startups to hyper-scaling businesses, capital raising, IPOs, and working at a top-tier investment bank (Barclays) listed on the UK Stock Exchange, I’ve operated across the full spectrum of the business lifecycle. I am Chairman of Alphamind Group and a board member of Trojan Construction Holding and ADMO Lifestyle Holding. In addition I am also a member of Audit and Nomination & Remuneration committees.
