• Responsible for monthly financial packages for three business units within Supply Chain that include USDO, Customer Service and Operational Excellence • Responsible for preparation and working cohesively with business units to put together sound LRP, LBE, and Plan financials for each cycle in a timely manner with substantiating details to support the (Over $100MM) budget • Responsible for working cohesively with each business unit month over month to reconcile the ~200 headcount (Over $15MM budget) to ensure we remain aligned with the planned headcount for each BU for both employees and contractors • Responsible for maintaining, tracking, and adjusting each of my BUs Post Execs in BPC • Provide monthly Key plus/minus flash commentary • Consolidate financials for my BUs for input into Workiva for total GDL consolidations • Support implementation of BPC taking over OPSBA, by integrating new reports that mirror prior OPBSA reporting to sufficiently capture financials for all cost centers across all BU’s supported within GDL keeping consistency to better assist in consolidation rollups of results • Work closely with BUs and Commercial counterparts during LRP and Plan to utilize projected commercial volumes to build a concrete financial budget in our 3PL space for Warehousing and Commodities costs accounting for over ~$100MM in budget • Assisted in Commercial LBE, Plan and LRP reviews to align with allocated costs for each cycle that impact the Commercial P&L primarily related to headcount and other operating costs within the 3PL space • Assist in Freight BU LBE and LRP, that has allowed me to understand an additional BU to add to my current BU’s portfolio but also gain insights to freight costs across multiple brands • Manage all Freight refunds that come into GDL and process them in a timely manner ensuring all refunds do not become stale dated. • Manage the Freight refunds by creating a consolidated report that breaks down refunds by month, vendor, and dollars
Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of global transfer pricing policies and intercompany pricing structures. Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation (e.g., Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country reporting support) in compliance with OECD guidelines and local regulations. Perform economic and financial analyses to support arm’s-length pricing for intercompany transactions. Conduct benchmarking studies using financial databases to support transfer pricing positions. Assist with transfer pricing audits, tax authority inquiries, and controversy matters. Monitor and analyze changes in international tax laws and transfer pricing regulations and assess their impact on the company. Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate implementation of transfer pricing policies in financial systems. Review intercompany agreements and assist with drafting or updating documentation. Support year-end transfer pricing adjustments and true-ups. Work with external advisors on planning projects and compliance requirements. Assist with BEPS-related compliance initiatives and global tax reporting.
State and Local Tax Compliance preparation for tax return purposes including gathering property, payroll and sales data for the year. Assist in provision preparation on a quarterly basis.
Global Sales Reporting. Take part in the integration to new sales reporting in SAP. Maintain a table/process in which deferred margin is provided globally. Analyze that the margin billed and earned is properly stated based on the legal and group costs by entity and by SKU. Assist directly with external auditors to ensure compliance is met with our margin accounting based on the GAAP. Work close with colleagues to ensure all parts of each product financial flow is setup correctly from raw material to finished good so margin relief is provided properly. Ensure all margin billed and earned is booked in a timely manner during month/quarter end closes. Provide analysis for margin by SKU and entity to upper management for quarterly package.
