I am an experienced and results-oriented business professional who has worked in various aspects of the insurance industry. I have built a large book of International Insurance Group Inc.’s (IIG) core product, Mexico Auto Insurance, and have been an integral part of launching the Covered Investor division of International Insurance Group. These ventures has required the ability to forge long-lasting relationships with executives of large Fortune 500 companies, insurance carriers, and agency principles of small insurance operations. With these relationships in place, I have been able to orchestrate insurance products/programs and insurance software to meet the needs of our partners in order to help them be successful in their insurance endeavors related to our products. Gila primarily focuses on property and casualty products for real estate investors. My biggest strength is the ability to grasp the finite details of a situation while being able to maintain a strategic vision. Having lived internationally in Chile for several years and traveled in Mexico extensively, I am proud of my international exposure and ability to communicate with people from all walks of life. I am fluent in Spanish. Finally, I have a strong educational background graduating, at the top of my classes at Northern Arizona University (BS in Business Administration), and Florida State University (MBA).
