As a CPE with Aerojet Rocketdyne, my primary roles and responsibilities involve managing the procurement of turbo machinery hardware for the RS-25 rocket engine program.
Worked to develop, document and improve manufacturing processes during the production start up phase for an aerospace forging facility. Daily objectives included trouble shooting nonconformities associated with forging, heat treatment and machining processes. Responsible for the initial certification and maintaining certification for all forging and heat treatment furnaces in accordance with NADCAP requirements per AMS2750D.
