As a start-up seasoned and number driven individual, I pursued a Bachelors degree in Business Studies, before receiving a scholarship to gain a Masters degree in International Marketing in San Francisco. Being a data oriented decision maker and a strong communicator, at Facebook I oversaw global ad operations and managed key relationships within a portfolio of a top-tier group account from the DACH based Fashion eComm sector, whilst strategically contributing to grow them as their Facebook consultant. After my corporate journey, I returned "home" to SassyClassy, the start-up I co-founded alongside my siblings in 2014. Fast forward +9 years, 'SassyClassy' has grown into a well-known brand within its target audience. Hence my siblings and I decided to build the 'SocialCooks' agency, that is driven by the experiences and knowledge we possess from building our own DTC company. As these businesses have been built on the pillars of eCommerce, we identified opportunities in regards to the interaction of merchandise analytics and dynamic product ads. This has enabled us to build 'ProfitDog', an Ad-tech SaaS platform, that will level up your ads through feed-hacking and automation.

FY18 Quota achievement: 105% Responsible for consulting and managing a portfolio (€23.8M) in the German Education territory, coordinating their digital transformation process in 4 key areas: “Applications & Infrastructure”, “Data & Analytics”, “Business Apps” and “Modern Workplace”.
FY 17 Acquisition Target: = +240% FY 17 Revenue Target: = +208% • First hire at Microsoft's Inside Sales for the BingAds workload responsible for the DACH region • Identified and successfully closed >€1.5M in Net New Business for BingAds during FY17, taking a lead role in developing account revenues and relationships by consulting agencies and direct marketers on their search advertising strategy • Lead the training of 3 new hires in their on-boarding phase and participating in the customer readiness assessment's carried out by Microsoft, to conclude a successful on-boarding period • Provided monthly forecast for sales, usage and pipeline • Provided competitive insights to propose and execute data-driven optimizations of their campaigns
