Driving Sales
Sales Performance Spearheading the Sales KPI of the program with almost 300 FTEs in Clark and Chandler. Responsible in driving Sales Conversion, Revenue and AOV to all Programs LOB – Commercial North America, Consumer EMEA, Consumer NA and Consumer APAC through Implementing sales strategies to exceed the monthly/ annual targets. Sales Training and Coaching sessions were put in place to ensure that sales behaviors will be observed to all advocates. Regularly Observe Team Manager coaching sessions (TRIAD), provide immediate feedback, suggests ways and means to improve sales performance of their teams. Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members; understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations Represents the site on several client-initiated campaigns specific to gamification and advise me sessions. Formulated Sales Contest monthly to drive advocates’ morale. Develop sales techniques to drive sales, centered on improving agent behavior while on a call. Sales/Product Insights Providing valuable adds and Product insights which includes Surface, Xbox, Windows and Office that’s beneficial to stakeholders which will help them identify Opportunities that can be improved and highlights that can be strengthened. Analyzing Promotions, Customers’ feedback and Product launches for possible recommendations that will help Microsoft improve Front Door experience (Surface Launches – Customers’ and Advocates’ feedback, Sales Highlights and Sales Blockers/Opportunities. Xbox – Pros and Cons of Consoles and recommended some strategies that would drive sales. Office – shared blockers in terms of Payment instruments and Website experience
