I have spent 30 years building some of the world's most recognised luxury and fashion brands, from leading Diesel's digital division in 1995, to co-founding Swide.com (the first luxury digital storytelling platform of Dolce&Gabbana), to serving as CMO at Versace, Corneliani, Borsalino and Chief Digital Officer at Dolce&Gabbana for over a decade. What makes my profile unusual is the combination: I am a brand and marketing executive with deep digital fluency, built from the ground up before digital was a department. I have led teams of over 50 people, managed marketing budgets exceeding €80m, and driven brand strategy across multiple markets, always at the intersection of creative vision and commercial rigour. My work spans the full brand-building spectrum: corporate repositioning (Versace, Versus, Corneliani, Borsalino, Piquadro, Santoni), omnichannel transformation, digital and e-commerce strategy, purpose-driven brand architecture, and executive leadership development. I have advised global institutions including PwC, the EBRD, and led engagements for Luxury and Premium brands. I hold a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation, a qualification I use not as a separate career, but as a tool to make the executives and teams I lead more effective. I am currently open to senior executive roles (CMO, CDO, CEO, GM) within luxury, fashion, or premium consumer goods, ideally environments where brand heritage and digital transformation are both on the agenda.
