At All-On, I strategically support the evaluation of Solar renewable energy, and gas-based technologies for investment consideration. I provide technical guidance to All-On and its portfolio companies, reviewing technologies to be deployed for on and off-grid renewable energy solutions making an impact on the unserved and underserved communities in Nigeria. Additionally, I assist in deal delivery by assessing investment opportunities and conducting detailed technical due diligence.
Recent Commercial & Industrial Renewable Energy Projects Delivered -704kWp PV-Generator Hybrid Solution: Premium Poultry Farms, Abuja FCT -120kWp PV-Generator Hybrid Solution (POC) Phase 1, Phase 2: 1.28 MWP Kwara State -300kWp PV-Generator Hybrid Solution, Kaduna State -Over 6MWp of prospects at various stages of technical evaluation/design for 2022/2023 ■ Delivered various renewable solar projects (listed above). ■ Manage the Project and Engineering teams which carried out the energy audits, systems design, and deployment for our clients ■ Work closely with the Business Development team on all potential projects, in-country and out for 2022/23 to achieve a 30-40 MW project pipeline. ■ Review EPC vendors and carry out technical assessments of vendors for selection on EPC contracts. ■ Create scope of works, engineering, and project management requirements for EPC contracts. ■ Led the Engineering team on various ongoing solar Energy Projects, with over 2MWp installed capacity. ■ Oversee the Commercial & Industrial energy/site audit team, and collaborate with the business development manager on strategies and potentials of C&I prospects. ■ Collaborate with the Business Development team during client meetings, explaining to clients how our proposed technical solutions work. ■ Review & approve design documentation and drawings i.e., energy simulations, site, and equipment drawings. ■ Follow up with technical partners and vendors ensuring products and services are to our specifications. ■ Review and guide site construction activities, and follow up with lead site engineers. ■ Provide mentorship to junior engineers. ■ Update management on projects’ technical progress. ■ Carry out site inspections and review project progress. ■ Review respective project schedules with various project managers. ■ Liaise with the in-house supply chain department and collaborate from a technical point of view to ensure the right technical materials, equipment and vendors are selected.

OVADE OGHAREFE GAS PLANT PROJECT – PHASE II ■ Planned, organized, implemented, and coordinated the electrical and instrumentation construction aspects of the $160 million Gas Handling Facility project. ■ Managed staffing and direct supervision of all technical and support personnel. led a team of 15 between the main & field offices. ■ Created daily and weekly work plans to be carried out on-site by myself and supervising engineers. ■ Managed interface between various disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, etc.) involved in the project lifecycle. ■ Maintained overall project schedule, fast-tracked project tasks to meet client target completion dates (electrical and instrumentation works). ■ Defined and developed engineering work scopes, justification basis, and engineering surveillance plan. ■ Sourced and selected subcontractors, developed technical contract documents, effectively minimize change orders and project slippage with the project manager. ■ Reviewed project documentation and drawings, inspected construction progress, and issued status reports to the project manager. ■ I was engaged with project team building/progress meetings and ensured all team leads were aware of respective deliverables to be executed accordingly. ■ Prepared weekly progress reports on key weekly deliverables to management and client as a measure of performance against project timeline, scope, and budget. ■ Supervised fabrication of supports for the E&I infrastructure, ensuring fabrication was carried out according to design & specifications. ■ Met daily with client supervisors on site. ■ Always ensured, all members of my team adhered to all HSE rules and regulations.
OVADE OGHAREFE FLOW STATION UPGRADE PROJECT ■ I was the support Engineer to the Project Manager. Assisted in developing, implementing, and managing the construction operations of the client's $1.6Million Crude Oil Flow Station facility. ■ Carried out facility verification as regards electrical and instrumentation (E&I) works before the commencement of the project. ■ Supervised mechanical fabrication relating to E&I works, ensuring fabrication carried was according to design and specifications. ■ Reviewed documents and drawings with the mechanical and civil lead engineers ensuring compliance with project and design specifications. ■ Followed up with clients and technical partners on requisitions, long lead time items, and other miscellaneous matters to keep up with the project schedule. ■ Created quarterly budgets for the E&I aspect of the project. ■ Planned and carried out the electrical and instrumentation construction week to week. ■ Met with client supervisors daily on-site. ■ Always ensured all members of my team adhered to all HSE rules and regulations
FLARE RELOCATION, OVADE OGHAREFE FLOW STATION / GAS PLANT PROJECT ■ Supervised a team of 8 members from the installation to the commissioning of the smokeless flare system. ■ Planned and coordinated the installation of flare ignition junction boxes, thermocouple cables and sizing and installation all power cables. ■ Interfaced with the mechanical department to ensure all the piping for the fuel gas was correctly installed. ■ Ensured all the necessary cables were connected and terminated correctly as per design. ■ Performed the commission with equipment vendor representative.
