Over the past 15+ years, I’ve founded and scaled technology platforms across SaaS, cybersecurity, CRM systems, digital operations, and workflow automation — leading engineering and operational teams while taking products from concept through commercialization. Co-founded and scaled one of the earliest interactive eLearning and relationship-marketing platforms in the gaming industry, supporting more than 20,000 users and generating approximately $3M in annual revenue at peak operations. Directed company strategy, platform architecture, infrastructure operations, product commercialization, and distributed operational teams across Florida and Texas offices. Oversaw development of web and mobile platforms, CRM systems, digital infrastructure, multimedia production operations, national live events, and scalable customer acquisition systems supporting long-term organizational growth.
