A certified Microsoft Azure AI and CompTIA Cybersecurity professional with demonstrated knowledge of machine learning, generative AI, responsible AI, and Azure Cognitive Services. I actively teach AI and cybersecurity and host two weekly AI & Cybersecurity meetups focused on practical understanding and workforce readiness. Now also working on Post-Quantum Cybersecurity. I am also featured in Marquis Who’s Who in America and was invited to the U.S. White House in recognition of entrepreneurial contributions to cybersecurity training. I am also Google AI certified and the nephew of Holcombe Rucker of Rucker Park. Previously, as a Product Manager at Verizon Business, I managed the evolution of managed network, security, and multi-cloud services. My responsibilities included ownership of the business model and P&L, product roadmap prioritization, feature development, customer segmentation, and market analysis. These services leveraged Verizon’s portfolio to deliver cloud-centric management tools enabling real-time automation and managed service suites for enterprise customers. In addition to my Verizon role, I serve as Director of AI and Cybersecurity Education at RTriad Enterprises, LLC, where I deliver training and professional development in Office 365, Microsoft 365, DevOps, Hybrid Cloud, Managed Services, Systems Integration, and Disaster Recovery. I also teach cybersecurity courses online for CompTIA, covering Security+, Cloud+, Network+, CySA+, A+, AWS, and Azure Cloud and Troubleshooting. With years of IT experience, I bring a multidisciplinary background spanning Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, Technical Product Management, and Technical Education. I have a proven ability to lead full product life cycles (P&L, roadmap, GTM) and to design and deliver impactful training programs for complex technologies including AI, security, cloud, and Linux. I hold industry certifications from Microsoft, CompTIA, AWS, IBM, Red Hat, and the U.S. Navy, and I am a U.S. Navy and Air Force Veteran.
