Physiotherapist and co founder of Peak Physio Antwerp, specialised in lower limb sports rehabilitation with a strong focus on knee and ankle injuries such as ACL tears, meniscus injuries, tendon pathology, and post traumatic recovery. My clinical approach is grounded in movement, sport, and performance, supported by hands on experience in strength training, long distance running, and jiu jitsu. Rehabilitation is approached as a structured and data driven process, using objective testing and clear performance goals to guide athletes back to sport safely and confidently. In addition to rehabilitation, I provide performance oriented screenings including running analysis and maximal exercise testing to reduce injury risk and optimise athletic performance.
In 2022, I founded Peak Physio Antwerp with the mission of delivering specialized, evidence-based rehabilitation for musculoskeletal injuries, with a particular focus on knee injuries. At Peak Physio, we understand that successful rehabilitation extends beyond the clinic, which is why we provide continuous support and structured follow-up throughout the entire recovery process. My expertise lies in knee rehabilitation, from prehabilitation and conservative management to postoperative recovery following ligament reconstructions, meniscus surgeries, and other knee-related procedures. I work with both athletes and non-athletes, tailoring rehabilitation programs to restore function, enhance performance, and reduce the risk of re-injury. To optimize patient outcomes, I integrate advanced assessment tools, including force plates, dynamometry, and blood flow restriction training, ensuring a data-driven approach to knee rehab. Through innovation, individualized care, and a deep understanding of knee biomechanics, I strive to help my clients regain confidence in their movement and achieve their rehabilitation goals.
