I am a two-time Grammy and Emmy award winning composer and producer specializing in family entertainment. My songs have been recorded by such artists as Faith Hill, Alison Kraus, Sugarland, Crystal Gayle, Amy Grant, Ray Charles, The Muppets, and others. My work has been featured on shows such as Sesame Street, Magic School Bus, Clifford The Big Red Dog, Who's the Boss, Noddy, and BJ's Teddy Bear Club. Over the past five years I have composed and produced over a hundred songs for Cokesbury Publishing. My company, Dennis Scott Productions, offers both writing and creative services as well as audio production, music composition, original lyrics, arranging, talent contracting, scripting and continuity. I also work with the popular Beatles tribute band, THE WANNABEATLES. We are Grammy finalists who have appeared on the national television and are performing across the country in concert and with symphony orchestras. It's where FAB meets FUN! I love creative new challenges, writing songs to assignment and overcoming obstacles. I enjoy coming up with special material and parodies for special events (and it has become a sideline for me) My latest project is "thank You, Mister Rogers - Music & Memories: It is a tribute which features songs written by Fred Rogers as performed by artists such as Rita Wilson, Lee Greenwood, Sandi Patty, Kellie Pickler, Vanessa Williams, Jim Brickman, Jaci Velasquez, Micky Dolenz (of The Monkees), Marilyn McCoo and Billy Davis, Jr. (of The Fifth Dimension), The Cowsills, Tom Bergeron, and Jon Secada.

Dennis heads up my own musical agency, ACT IV MUSIC, which provided live music for both corporate and private events. His publishing company of the same name features a catalogue of songs that have appeared in both television, radio, and live touring shows.
