The aim of argument should not be victory but progress (Karl Popper) I am actively working in the fields of knowledge management, with a strong interest in humanism and critical rationalism, inspired by the philosophy of Karl Popper. My professional activities focus on exploring the practical application of knowledge systems and promoting human-centered approaches that encourage critical thinking and rational discourse. I have a background in coach education and experience as a scientific coordinator in high-performance sports, specifically with the German Triathlon Union. My work in coach education has provided me with skills in instructional design and adult learning, which I apply to my professional projects. As a scientific coordinator, I was responsible for managing interdisciplinary initiatives, facilitating collaboration among coaches, athletes, and researchers, and supporting the integration of scientific insights into high-performance training environments. I am committed to advancing the development of knowledge systems that prioritize human values, critical inquiry, and rational problem-solving. __________________________________________________________________ Ich bin im Bereich des Wissensmanagements tätig und interessiere mich besonders für Humanismus und kritischen Rationalismus, inspiriert von der Philosophie Karl Poppers. Meine beruflichen Aktivitäten konzentrieren sich auf die praktische Anwendung von Wissenssystemen und die Förderung menschenzentrierter Ansätze, die kritisches Denken und rationalen Diskurs unterstützen. Derzeit arbeite ich als Referent für Wissensmanagement beim Deutschen Olympischen Sportbund (DOSB). In dieser Rolle bin ich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von Strategien zur effektiven Verwaltung und Verbreitung von Wissen innerhalb der Organisation verantwortlich. Ein Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit liegt auf der Zeitschrift Leistungssport, die der DOSB als Herausgeber begleitet. Als Teil der Redaktionsleitung bin ich für organisatorische Aufgaben verantwortlich und unterstütze so die reibungslose Produktion und Veröffentlichung der Zeitschrift, ohne jedoch direkt inhaltlich einzugreifen. Als Mitglied der Partei der Humanisten engagiere ich mich zusätzlich für die Förderung humanistischer Werte in der Gesellschaft. Mein Ziel ist es, die Entwicklung von Wissenssystemen voranzutreiben, die menschliche Werte, kritische Reflexion und rationales Problemlösen in den Vordergrund stellen.
