About

I am a Mechanical and Aerospace Engineer with a strong academic background and hands-on research and testing experience. My focus lies in numerical and analytical modelling, propulsion and energy systems, experimental design, and dynamic testing within the aerospace industry. Currently, I work as a Test Engineer for Dynamic Testing at RECARO Aircraft Seating, where I am responsible for the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of dynamic and crash tests for aircraft seating systems. I support projects for various international clients, ensuring compliance with aviation safety standards and certification requirements. My role includes test coordination, data analysis, technical documentation, and collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams to support product development and validation. During my Master’s in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Stuttgart, I specialized in numerical and analytical methods and space engineering. My thesis at the German Aerospace Center (DLR) combined experimental work with software development: I developed and compared optical measurement techniques for liquid films, created Python-based analysis tools, and independently conducted experiments in a dedicated laboratory environment. Previously, I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, gaining experience in CFD simulation (ANSYS CFX), MATLAB programming, and CAD software including NX, Inventor, and CATIA, as well as specialized subjects such as Hydraulic Turbomachinery and Automotive Engineering. Professionally, I worked as a Research Associate at the Institute of Combustion Technology at the DLR Stuttgart, supporting high-pressure combustion test campaigns, designing experimental components, coordinating suppliers, preparing technical reports in German and English for long-term projects, and contributing to the redesign of laboratory fuel line systems. I also completed a Test Engineer internship at Mercedes-Benz Group, where I improved MATLAB-based analysis tools, worked with CANape, managed independent projects, and performed practical inspections of hybrid transmissions following test bench operations. I am passionate about aerospace technology, energy systems, and complex engineering challenges. My goal is to contribute to innovative international projects where precise engineering, analytical problem-solving, and reliable testing are essential.
