I lead the Bids & Tenders capability at Norway’s largest electronics retailer, combining hands-on tender leadership with strategic ownership of the function and strategy. My work sits at the intersection of sales, public procurement, commercial strategy, compliance and execution. Over the past year, I’ve helped professionalise how Elkjøp work with bids and tenders - creating more structure, clarity and commercial discipline in how we approach complex opportunities. Being nominated for Elkjøp’s “Value Creator of the Year” in my first year made that journey even more meaningful. My strengths are structure, analytical thinking, project leadership, procurement law and commercial execution. I care about making complex requirements clear, translating customer needs into strong value propositions, and building a bid function that can perform at a high level repeatedly - not just occasionally.
Responsible for developing and owning Elkjøp’s Bids & Tenders strategy while leading operational tender responses across B2B and public sector opportunities. The role combines Bids & Tender leadership, public procurement understanding, commercial strategy, cross-functional project management and team leadership.
Helped professionalise Elkjøp’s bid function by introducing stronger structure, governance, templates and execution discipline across public procurement, framework agreements and complex B2B tender opportunities. Worked across the full bid lifecycle - from opportunity assessment, requirements analysis and compliance mapping to stakeholder coordination, response strategy, documentation quality and commercial positioning. A key part of the role was to turn complex requirements into clear, compliant and customer-focused proposals, while aligning input from sales, category, logistics, sustainability, finance, service and commercial teams. In my first year at Elkjøp, I was nominated for “Value Creator of the Year” as recognition of the value created through this work, including the professionalisation of bid processes, stronger cross-functional collaboration and improved tender execution. This became an important foundation for my promotion to Sales Manager, Bids & Tenders.
