- Establishing and scaling efficient, standardized operational processes aiming to increase productivity and throughput - Introduction and implementation of automation solutions to reduce manual processes, thereby significantly lowering operational costs and increasing scalability - Integration of key tools to create a seamless system landscape and reduce data silos to significantly improve cross-departmental efficiency - Development and management of data-driven KPI systems (including cycle time, cost per unit, resource utilization) to enable informed decision-making and continuously optimize operational performance - Close collaboration with cross-functional teams (Energy, Construction, Tech, HR, and Finance) and the establishment of a data-driven culture of improvement that accelerates innovation and delivers measurable efficiency gains - Sparring partner for the Co-Founders and managing directors of the company, as well as for the business unit leads, on various operational and strategic challenges
- Responsibility for the achievement of relevant KPIs in the area of operations. - Analysing data at an operational level and deriving measures to improve performance. - Professional and disciplinary management of more than 10 employees as well as management of day- to-day business at team and employee level in a PropTech Scale-up. - Support and responsibility for cross-functional projects in the operations area.
- Support and responsibility for cross-functional strategic projects in the area of operations. - Analysis of existing processes, development of concepts for optimisation and implementation of process optimisations. - Analysing data to increase relevant conversions in the area of operations and creation of presentations for decision-makers (C-level).
- Management of a strategic compliance project on behalf of one of the world's leading asset managers. - Ongoing development and expansion of innovative technologies in the area of digitalisation and expansion of business areas by managing an internal innovation stream. - Expansion of existing and generation of new client relationships and cooperations on an international level.
