I drove significant product feature development based on changing industry needs and revolutionized the software development process as the most senior product manager in New Zealand. I evaluated market opportunities and customer needs. I built an industry-changing approach to Performance and Talent Management cloud software that focused on facilitating more frequent performance and career satisfaction conversations between customers’ managers and their team members; ensuring front line managers were provided the tools they needed to be the most effective in those conversations. I radically improved the new feature development process by moving the product line away from the quarterly waterfall process to the 2-week Agile Jobs -To-Be-Done process. Highlights: -Reduced new feature build and delivery time from 6-9 months to 2 weeks by standardizing the development lifecycle, creating a customer-centric mindset, and Jobs-To-Be-Done methodology. -Drove efficiencies through systemization of collecting valuable customer input from internal client-facing organizations across the globe and mathematically determining the highest value iterations for an existing product, resulting in an 18% increase in product Net Promoter Score over 12 months.
