Provision of general information to foreign investors about doing business in Turkey, including insights into the Turkish economy, business opportunities available, Turkish business culture, and strategy for developing relationships with Turkish commercial enterprises. Preparation of market analyses to identify business opportunities best suited to optimise the strengths and specific characteristics of products/services offered by clients. Identification of strategies and procedures which will enable clients’ to best market their products and/or services in Turkey. Maintenance of close contacts with clients through regular correspondence and/or visits to ensure that they take full advantage of opportunities available and are satisfied with services received directly or through solution partners.
Human Resources : Placement of job advertisements with media and internet outlets. Organisation of interviews for potential candidates, participation in interviews, research of references, and preparation of responses, whether favourable or unfavourable, to applicants. Opening of personnel files, ensuring that all required documents have been obtained from new employees. Registration of new employees and informing of departing employees with the social assurance authorities. Organisation of orientation and/or training programmes for new employees. Follow-up to ensure timely preparation of performance appraisals for employees. Follow-up and control over annual leave planned for and used by employees. Interviewing of departing employees and maintenance of pool of applicants for positions requiring continuous recruitment. General Services : Registration of company’s fixed assets such as vehicles, telephones, telephone lines, and other electronic equipment in the names of employees to whom they have been allocated. Management of relations with sub-contractor service companies, including the taking ,processing and finalisation of bids, and administration and auditing of services received.
