Graduating from Bilkent University with a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, I have channeled my education into a thriving career, presently as a New Product Coordinator at Analog Devices. • Lead and manage multiple projects with durations ranging from 6 months to 3 years simultaneously. • Drive new product workflows by collaborating with relevant departments and subcontractors. • Create coherence among team members from design to product release. • Anticipate potential issues in the project management workflow and take proactive actions to resolve them by working with internal and external stakeholders. • Communicate regularly with teams and suppliers to ensure adequate supplies of materials are ordered and available from beginning wafer fabrication through finished goods. • Interface with customer representatives to apprise them of new project sample deliveries; own new product sampling and processing to ensure on-time delivery to customers. • Create and maintain all product bill of materials master data to ensure completeness and adequate capacity of required materials for product development. • Examine the current project management IT tool and optimize the system transformation from Confluence to Jira.
• Realize and translate customer opportunities and pain points into detailed product requirements • Conduct product requirement meetings with the customer and developer teams to develop the most optimal solution • Create and manage product backlog items, prioritize them with the customer and team in line with product strategy and goals • Assist project manager and engineering team by providing unambiguous specifications to enable them to produce quality software
