To obtain a responsible position in an accredited company
• Prospecting new customers via mail, phone call and visits. • Attending fairs for meeting with new customers • Management of daily operations of Turkish customers • Responsible for country P/L and budget
• Management of (FTL/LPL) 3PL suppliers (3ml.€ budget) in order to analyse weekly and monthly transport costs • Preparing feasibility reports including price and cost during tender periods • Documentation of agreements with 3PL suppliers • Monthly and custom reporting of stock levels • Analysis of wh operating costs • Monthly reporting of handling and own vehicle capacities • Following KPI’s of all logistics processes
Organizing import procedures of door and window products manufactured in Germany, Austria and Hungary Following up customs operations Controlling inventory system in order to provide cost effectiveness optimize stock levels, minimize non mover stocks Realizing material maintenance and main data transactions in the SAP system Taking part in inventory countings
Providing coordination with DAF Trucks N.V., Lamberet and logistic firm in order to realize weekly transportation of trucks and trailers from Netherlands and France Liaising with DAF Trucks N.V. and Lamberet for the purpose of delivering necessary international transportation documents to the customers Working simultaneously with export/import and finance departments for the weekly collection plans and payments Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports presented to management Updating vehicle information recorded on SAP system
