The main phases that I carried out in this company are as follows: I gathered requirements as organized meetings to understand the business need from stakeholders. I collaborated with them to elicit document business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. In business process analysis phase, after evaluating that the need was necessary and realizable, I advanced the processes by maturing these needs to turn them in a project. I analysed the existing business processes, workflow, and systems to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks and areas for optimization. I proposed solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. In business process, screen validation and mock-up preparation. (Balsamiq, Visio etc.) I assisted in breaking down high-level epics or features into smaller, detailed user stories that are ready for development. I collaborated with the development team to ensure a shared understanding of the stories, their acceptance criteria, and any potential technical challenges. I ensured that stories are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall product roadmap with team. I worked closely with development and quality assurance team members to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and facilitated smooth communication throughout the product life cycle. During the process, I carried out the communication between the stakeholders and IT when necessary. After development, I carried out tests in Pre-Prod and supported the project during its production phase. I drive user acceptance testing (UAT) through validation and testing phase. I contributed by using both my domain and technical knowledge to understand and analyse the error notifications received in the live environment. At the end, I ensured that delivered solutions meet the quality and compliance standards and monitor the performance of systems, models, scenarios and rules.
I worked at this project to achieve by integrating with Google's advertising services, it provides the end user allow to manage their advertisements by offering user-friendly interfaces. My main responsibilities: • Identifying detailed business requirements and user stories, designing screens according to usability and accessibility • Writing analysis for Mobile and WEB Application, meeting with internal and external customers to discuss the needs and translate them into specific requirements and subsequent project objectives. • Preparing mock ups, diagrams, flowcharts, user acceptance test cases documents • Analysing and break downing business problems into prioritized, deliverable user stories- and define acceptance criteria.
I experienced that knowing the workflow and operating processes in the fleet rental sector.
I started as a short-term summer intern in the sales field at Caretta. In a short time, I achieved successful work and was entitled to a long-term internship. I had the chance to observe corporate life, the flow and management of business at Caretta, where I made a quick start to my career in the second year of university. My main duties were to research the customer portfolio and organize the meeting, to introduce the company at the meeting and explain the work done in detail, to determine and analyse the requirements of the agreed project.
