I have been in contact with the multiple agencies in Germany and Netherlands. I manage the communications with the exporters,plan the goods and trucks accordingly, organize the weekly export departures to Germany and Netherlands, issue customs documents. I’ve also been in contact with the manufacturers, local delivery services, 50+ vendors’ customs offices, the warehouse and suppliers I keep tracking of the trailers to ensure customers get their goods on time, communicate with the importers and partners regarding the customs and deliveries and preparing reports for our management. I also provide pricing for freight and projects.
