Owner of residential and small entreprises products in MyProximus (e-Services) mobile, web and app. Conversion of the Proximus products in digital assets based on interactions with product management and UX team. Co-construction of the technical solution with architects, analysts and development team. Follow up of development, testing, configuration and responsible for product launch. Management of the user stories and the products backlog.
From conception to launch: MyProximus products: Proximus Cloud, portfolio updates (packs,...). Self-servicing tools: appointment with technician, line test, online complaints. Pre-sales applications: Proximus shop locator and shops appointments booking, Smartcafé, Speedtest.
From conception to launch of Belgacom Community, Community Management & e-reputation.
