As the Project Manager for the Revenue Management department at Labatt Breweries, I was responsible for 3 key analytics and IT projects, managing a cross-regional team of 6 target owners. I successfully trained all District Sales Managers nationally on use of the tools in the field through iPad apps and desktop dashboards. I also developed IT and data strategy and shared progress updates with the Senior Leadership team during Steering Committee meetings. I am also well versed in price optimization models, including binomial logit modelling and multivariate regression analysis. Finally, I acted as expert on the team for data warehousing, architecture, master data management, and Qlik Sense development, and provided data analytics on-boarding to new employees.
