I am passionate about building products that customers love, with smart people. An Executive level professional with extensive experience in digital product management and strategy, business transformation, Voice of Customer and service design, agile delivery of digital products and brand/marketing communications. I’ve held a diverse range of roles across financial services, telecomms, disability services and media monitoring, having worked for CommBank, Singtel Optus, Qantas and LexisNexis covering B2C and B2B (SMB and enterprise) markets.
