Having experienced preclinical animal testing alongside the knowledge gained from laboratory sessions in my polytechnic final year project as well as in my bachelor's, I have developed a strong interest in animal and biological research. Provide assistance to the Biopharma team in several projects including: • Investigating the influence of plant-derived hydrolysates and antibody expressions as well as their optimal supplementation timing in CHO cell culture • Formulating starch-based cryopreservation media and adaptation methods for adherent cell lines Technical skills acquired: • Aseptic techniques involving upstream adherent and suspension mammalian cell culture • Fractionation of hydrolysates using ÄKTA Pure anion-exchange chromatography and size-exclusion chromatography • Lyophilization of various fractions • Western blot
• Processed and verified postgraduate applications at NTU WKWSCI Graduate office • Provided technical assistance to applicants regarding admissions, matriculation and enrolment into the different graduate programs • Managed all documents and organised information accordingly using Microsoft Excel
