Denise Lee has extensive experience in Business Management, Human Resources, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Supplier Diversity, Retail Banking, Design and Delivery of Management/Leadership Developmental Programs, and in Sales and Relationship Building. Denise joined Mosteller & Associates in April 2016 as the Director of Training & Management Development, where she is responsible for creating and facilitating customized supervisory, managerial, and leadership development programs. Before joining Mosteller, Denise was the Director of Human Resources for a rapidly growing fashion retailer for over 11 years. In this role, Denise executed HR initiatives in the areas of employee relations, employment practices & regulatory compliance; employee & leadership development; performance & succession planning; compensation & benefits administration; recruitment, selection, & placement; and policy development & documentation. Denise spent over 20 years in various leadership positions in Retail Banking. Denise graduated from Eastern University with a BA in Management and Organizational Development. She is a member of the National Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and an active member of the SHRM Berks County PA Chapter. Denise is a Certified Coach, Facilitator, Trainer, and Speaker with the John Maxwell Team.
