• Heading up the Major Accounts team in Apple´s Enterprise division. • Focus on Fortune Global 500 companies in Germany. • Solution Selling: analyzing the business and working processes of 78 largest enterprises to position Apple at strategic and executive level. • Successful implementation of “Mobile Business Transformation” and apps development projects within these Major Accounts. • Milestone wins in several DAX groups: establishing iPads and iPhones as only option (mostly replacing competition devices). • Breakthrough at several large accounts with the introduction of MacBooks as alternative to PCs in „Employee choice“ programs. • Doubling the revenue of Macs, iPhones and iPads within 3 years. • Implementation of B2B projects with Partners (IBM, SAP, Deloitte, Cisco) and systems integrators (esp. Bechtle, Cancom and Computercenter).
• Leading the entire Enterprise sales team: Account Executives, System Engineers and Business Development/Partnership Managers. • Redefinition of the Enterprise strategy and segmentation. • Definition of the strategic targets: establish Apple devices and services as standard at Fortune 500 companies, Public Sector and Healthcare entities. • Development and implementation of a vertical strategy for the top 10 industries and two verticals (Public Sector and Healthcare). • Management of the Major Accounts team to maximize the penetration of Apple in German large accounts. • More than doubling the installed base of Apple devices in DAX Groups: leading Integration, deployment and management projects for Apple products and services in customer specific infrastructure. • Direct engagement and collaboration with CxO level of DAX groups. • Initiation of executive briefings at top management level to set Apple as technology standard – esp. „iPhone only“ wins.
• Leadership of a Sr. System Engineers team. • Broadening of Apple-specific know-how and competencies at customers and partners. • Imposing iOS as de-facto standard for digital transformation within German large accounts. • Definition and implementation of the training and briefing strategy for customers and partners (Demos,white papers, technical trainings, executive briefings, industry events). • Initiating the feedback loop of market requirements to the european management to adjust the local implementation of Apple´s strategy. • Definition and communication of Apple´s vision to the German market (both through own team and key partners: Systems Integrators, Telecommunication Groups and Apps developers). • Adaption of the global Apple strategy and implementation in Germany and Austria, taking local trends and requirements into consideration (esp. cloud computing, consumerization of IT, workplace of the future, security and data privacy). • Leadership of a cross-country group to define future EMEIA initiatives in Enterprise.
• Building up and leading the ASG mobility team. • Definition of the mobility consulting, mobile software services, managed services and business integration services strategy. • Responsibility for business strategy and revenue growth in the DACH (ASG) region for all Accenture customers. • Redefinition of the three key areas: telcos, software and services providers (SAP, Microsoft etc.) and OEMs.
• Leading the sales and technical mobility team. • Focus on close engagement with German ISVs, OEMs (devices makers), telecoms providers and distributors. • Management of solutions driven projects with all German telcos. • Responsibility for the mobility revenue and business development initiatives in Germany. • Leading virtual project teams with local Microsoft Germany and regional Microsoft EMEA stake holders. • Daily collaboration with the German mobility marketing team (product group), to coordinate the supporting campaigns. • Ownership of the partnership negotiations with all German telcos on joint Windows Mobile smart devices initiatives.
• Building the CEE mobility team from scratch: recruiting sales talents in Germany, Poland, Czech Republic, Greece, Romania and Russia. • Leadership of all mobility sales and partnership activities in the 29 countries of the CEE region. • Responsibility for mobility revenue in CEE. • Ownership of target setting, performance tracking and implementation of the mobile solutions, to increase the penetration of Windows Mobile devices in both consumer and enterprise.
• Leadership of the CEE solutions teams, in charge of alliance engagements with the largest telcos in the CEE Region. • Definition of the joint strategy and key services to be introduced in the target markets. • Direct engagement with CxO level executives of the telco partners to build strategic alliances. • Development and market introduction of specific solutions based on Microsoft technologies: Windows Mobile, Mediaroom-IP TV, Subscription PC, Hosted Messaging and collaboration, Windows Live Services und Microsoft service enablement platform).
