My role includes: • Agile Project Management: Supporting project planning, sprint coordination, and backlog management to ensure efficient workflows and timely delivery. • Scrum Methodology Training: Acting as a Scrum methodology trainer and advocate, I facilitate agile adoption across teams and help improve collaboration and transparency. • Product Conformity & Service: Coordinated a Team for Ensuring tested battery cell products meet regulatory and internal quality standards, and coordinating technical service and documentation. • Procurement & Purchasing: Supporting the acquisition of test equipment, components, and materials by managing supplier communications and internal purchasing workflows. • Project Assistance: Providing comprehensive project support, including documentation, timeline tracking, stakeholder coordination, and reporting to project managers and product owners.
