The digital transformation budget for 2026-2030 is 500+ million RUB, with the strategic goal of doubling revenue and doubling sales profitability (EBITDA / Revenue) by 2030 ● Designed the digital transformation governance system for the agro-industrial enterprise (NDA), including governing bodies, the project management office, investment decision-making framework, initiative portfolio management model, benefits realization tracking, and risk management ● Transformed the project management system in comind.space (covering the full cycle from presale to project closure and settlements): project timeline and cost estimation, Cost-Benefit Analysis / Feasibility Studies, project team incentive system, Yandex Tracker setup for task management and time tracking, project timeline and budget control during execution, and risk management
Key Achievements and Implemented Projects: ● Led the first wave of Agile transformation in the Retail Business Unit (2016-2017) and the Agile transformation of Sberbank-International (2019-2020), established Agile-based team operations (30 employees in HQ, 100 including branches) (collaboration between business and IT, introduced Scrum ceremonies, rapid hypothesis testing (Discovery process), and iterative solution implementation (Delivery process), implemented synchronization with other teams to achieve shared outcomes). ● Implemented a unified corporate data model (Informatica + Oracle + Qlik View / Qlik Sense) for HQ and 3 subsidiary banks, reducing data retrieval time from 2-3 business days to a few hours, and cutting Time-to-Market (T2M) for adding new data sources to ≤5 days (vs. weeks/months). ● Deployed electronic document interchange (EDI) for B2C lending products (full cycle: from concept development and Discovery to Delivery and roll-out, including full Customer Journey Map (CJM) / client experience redesign for document processing and signing, and enhancements to internal front- and back-end systems), resulting in: - 2.5% reduction in front-office labor costs, - 50% cost savings on branch paper and toner purchases, - 50% adoption of paperless documentation. ● Optimized bank card operations (scale: ~10M cards under management): Developed a zero-budget proprietary card storage container, Organized production of 133K units and deployed them across 11K branches, Achieved: - 2.1% reduction in front-office workload - 40% faster card issuance (from 5.3 min. to 2.1 min.)
