Leading the change management and capability-building required to turn strategy into effective day-to-day use. - Guiding cross-functional strategic initiatives, including next-best-action programs, providing direction to project owners beyond formal lines of authority. - Leading end-to-end delivery of digital solutions with a product-driven approach, coordinating global and local vendors with full delivery and compliance accountability.
