- Drafting of environmental impact assessments for industrial projects - Preparation of environmental permit applications for industrial projects - Identification of environmental constraints during prefeasibility and design phases - Participation in nuclear-related projects - Coordination with clients, architects, and project stakeholders
• Responsible for quality assurance at TIER-1 suppliers and at our mass production assembler (inspections, manage nonconformities, lead counter-measure implementation, perform quality audits, onsite support, product Life Cycle Assessment, recurrence prevention, develop and improve quality standards, KPI’s definition and follow-up).
• Responsible of painted parts development with TIER-1 suppliers for Toyota European projects (project follow-up and validation according to Toyota standards) • Root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures in collaboration with suppliers • Laboratory testing and redaction of reports
Project description/Main tasks • Responsible for the homologation of the interior parts of the vehicle for the E-tron Sportback Project • Analysis of defective car parts (from the production line or the clients) and implementation of corrective measures in collaboration with the supplier • Redaction of quality control reports • Contacts with the different departments, technical development and suppliers Tools/Technical environment • Knowledge of the different techniques used in the laboratory (TGA, DSC, FT-IR, Colormatching...). • Internal specific platforms • International environment (French, Dutch, English and German are the working languages)
