Lalich Center ● Launched a conversion-optimized responsive website with +25 pages built in Framer for cult survivors with a cross-functional team of 40 designers, developers, researchers, and UX writers using Agile methodology ● Created & prioritized product roadmap with the developers, aligning the product vision with the market needs and kept the whole team on track of building the MVP according to features backlog Career Coaching Platform ● Researched the market opportunity of a career coaching platform for stay-at-home parents returning to the workforce in the product discovery phase as a part of a cross-functional team of 12 designers, researchers, and product strategists ● Delivered actionable research insights as a customer journey map, and Jobs-To-Be-Done statements by conducting user research, including in-depth user interviews with 7 parents, a survey with 44 respondents, secondary research, and competitive analysis of 11 competitors
● Designed an iOS native mobile application for female solo travelers with over +200 screens ● Led a remote team of 4 UX designers in the whole cycle of building the product ● Conducted user research, including interviews with 5, a survey with 49 responses, a competitive analysis of 6 competitors, and usability tests with 5 users and delivered actionable insights ● Customized design system for font, color, and UI components ● Won f i rst place for the best-designed product among 24 teams and over 100 UX designers from around the world
In my time in Pelle be Pelle, I was responsible for the initial phase of designing a product. What I did included: ● Researched market opportunity for a career aptitude platform by conducting exploratory research, competitive analysis of 111 competitors, user interviews with 10 participants, and analyzing a survey with 166 responses ● Delivered research insights to the stakeholders to help them make decisions about shipping the product resulting in saving the company approximately $30,000
In my time as a dentist I ran a dental clinic with 1-2 staff with average rate of 15-20 patients a day. I was responsible for managing the public dental care program of 15,000-20,000 people.
