I build and operate technology ventures in environments shaped by capital, governance, and execution pressure. My work spans: • venture-backed companies • global enterprise transformation • joint ventures and new company creation I began designing enterprise technology architectures, later led global transformation programs at Accenture, and subsequently served as CEO of ngena — building a global secure connectivity company operating across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. Today I build ventures and contribute to governance and strategic execution through BdG Advisory, assessing ventures through the lens of operating reality.
BdG Advisory assesses ventures and strategic initiatives from an operator’s perspective, focusing on structural execution risk — capital structure, governance, incentives, leadership architecture, and operating conditions required to scale technology businesses.
