Recruitment ā Talent Staffing ⢠Working on Manpower Strategy and planning ⢠Identification of Manpower need for Whole plant (Manpower Requisition form). ⢠Approvals from senior level for hiring. ⢠Job requisition through various job portal (Oracle , People Soft , External Vendors and Employee Referrals) ⢠Hands on experience on Taleo and People Soft (People Strong) ⢠Sourcing through various Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, Linked-in) ⢠Preliminary Screening of Candidates as per desired Skills ⢠Conducting Interviews by lining up with hiring managers ⢠Maintaining MIS and Database of all the candidates. ⢠Negotiating CTC with the candidates as per our Company policy ⢠Releasing offer to the candidate. ⢠Continuously working on reducing TAT (Turn around Time). ⢠Hired candidate for the position of Junior level , Mid Level and Senior level Management ⢠Design and implement career growth and succession plan for critical positions and Coordinate with line Manager for deployment of manpower 2.
