Pathway Resourcing was a Multinational recruitment company and subsidiary to the SThree recruitment group. SThree has a presence in more than 47 countries and employs in excess of 2000 consultants worldwide. I was employed to assist in setting up the Dubai branch, specifically the technology recruitment desk. As their first recruit for this region I was tasked with building a network and portfolio from scratch. In 2009 I maintained status as top global revenue generator throughout my whole employment term. In 2008 I was the 4th top billing consultant across their global operations.
